Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use on viachaplin.com, what they are for and how you can manage your preferences. It complements our Privacy Policy and follows Brazil's LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018) and the ANPD's guidance on cookies.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits or during navigation, such as your chosen language or your login session. They can be set by us (first-party cookies) or by partner services integrated into the site (third-party cookies).

2. How we classify cookies

We use two categories of cookies:

  • Necessary: indispensable for the site to work, such as keeping your login session and remembering your language choice. Because they are essential, they do not require consent.
  • Marketing: used to attribute purchases to the affiliate program when you arrive through a referral link. They are only stored with your prior consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

3. Cookies we use

The table below lists all first-party cookies set by the site:

4. Third-party cookies and content

Some site features rely on partner services that may set their own cookies, governed by each partner's privacy policies:

  • W3Block: the PAK purchase checkout happens on the viachaplin.store.w3block.io domain, operated by W3Block.
  • Alloyal (Lecupon): the benefits club discount area is loaded inside the dashboard through embedded Alloyal content.
  • Google Fonts: the site's fonts are served by Google, which receives your IP address when delivering the files.

5. How to manage your preferences

You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" button, available in the footer of every page and on this page. Rejecting marketing cookies does not affect how the site works.

You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser settings. Note: blocking necessary cookies may prevent login and other essential features.

6. More information
